Purchase of conference equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of modern conference equipment to replace and expand the existing conference systems of the Latvian Parliament. It is divided into two lots: equipment for committee meeting rooms and reserve equipment for the plenary hall. A tenderer may bid for one or both lots, but must bid for the full scope of the selected lot; variants are not permitted. Delivery must be completed within five months after the contract enters into force, at Jekaba Street 11, Riga, and may be made in no more than two deliveries. The bid deadline is 15 October 2026. Offers are submitted electronically and must include the participation application, qualification evidence, a signed technical offer and a financial offer. Lot 1 is evaluated on price, additional audit-log functionality, additional authentication methods and energy efficiency; Lot 2 is evaluated on price, additional authentication methods and energy efficiency.
