Demolition of buildings and site cleanup

Summary

The procurement concerns demolition of buildings and site cleanup under the open competition (PIL) procedure initiated by Latvijas valsts meži (Latvian State Forests). The subject matter is the dismantling of buildings and clearing of sites, organized in five lots covering five regions (South Kurzeme; South Kurzeme and Zemgale; Zemgale; Central Daugava, North Latgale and South Latgale; North Latgale and South Latgale). The contract(s) will be awarded on a price-only basis for each lot, with the total price excluding VAT used to determine the most economically advantageous tender. Bidders may submit offers for one, several or all lots; a single bidder may obtain rights to conclude contracts for up to two lots. The purchaser will conclude separate contracts for each lot. Key participation requirements include registration in BIS; registration in the Construction Contractors Register or equivalent; a dedicated construction specialist with a valid construction practice certificate; and demonstrable demolition experience (at least two demolition projects in the last five years). EVIPD can be submitted as initial proof of qualifications where applicable. The pricing for each lot must be provided in EUR and compliance with all regulatory and methodological rules applies, with site visits possible as indicated in the procurement documents.
