Visit organisation and support services

Summary

The Riga City Municipality’s Central Administration is procuring, for the Riga Investment and Tourism Agency, worldwide travel-agency services to organise and support official visits. The contract covers booking, purchasing, issuing, changing and cancelling air, land, rail and water transport tickets and accommodation, as well as visa arrangements and transfers or higher-class transport on request. The contract is not divided into lots and will run for up to 36 months or until its maximum value of EUR 420,000 excluding VAT is reached.
