Storage and distribution of personal protective equipment

Summary

The tender covers storage, warehouse management and distribution of personal protective equipment for Baden-Württemberg’s emergency reserve for future pandemics. The contractor must provide storage capacity for at least 710 Euro-pallets in stage 1 and be able to increase this to at least 1,497 Euro-pallets within 14 calendar days after a written instruction. The stored goods include FFP2 and surgical masks, nitrile gloves, protective gowns, safety goggles and face shields. The services also include goods receipt and dispatch, picking, packaging, transport, documentation, inventory management and system integration. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 8 October 2026.
