Real Estate Valuation for the Needs of Ogre Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns real estate valuation services for properties owned by Ogre Municipality or required for the performance of its functions. The services include, among other things, determining market and disposal value, rent, superficies fees, forest-stand value and the value of property contributed to a company’s share capital. The service includes inspecting and photographing the property, describing the valuation methodology and preparing a reasoned valuation report in accordance with LVS-401 and applicable legislation. Each individual assignment must be completed within 20 days after the necessary documents have been received. The contract will last 24 months, is not divided into lots, and only one bid may be submitted for the full scope. Price is the only award criterion; the contract will be awarded to the compliant bid with the lowest price. The bid must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026, and procurement documents must generally be prepared in Latvian.
