Cadastral Land Surveying Services for the Needs of Limbaži Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns cadastral surveying of land units in Limbaži Municipality and the preparation of land management projects together with surveying of newly created land units. The work must be completed within four months of contract signature, and payment will be made within 15 working days after the work acceptance certificate has been signed and the invoice received. The procurement covers 23 land units; bids must be submitted electronically and the winner will be selected on the basis of the lowest price. The bidder must be properly registered to perform cadastral surveying and must have completed, during the previous three years, at least one contract involving the cadastral surveying of at least 10 land units. The bid must include a positive client reference or equivalent evidence of experience, the qualification and technical offers, the financial offer and the required declarations. Bidders must also comply with the electronic submission rules, the requirement to submit documents in Latvian and the exclusion-ground checks.
