Supply of HSM Cryptographic Devices with Three Years of Support and Maintenance

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase of four new network cryptographic modules (Network HSMs), their installation and configuration, secure migration of key material from the existing Utimaco CryptoServer LAN Se-Series equipment, and three years of technical support, maintenance and warranty. The work also includes integration with the client’s public key infrastructure and other systems, and training for administrators, to be delivered by a manufacturer-trained service engineer for at least six person-days. The devices must meet stringent cryptographic security, functionality, performance and compatibility requirements, supported by manufacturer documentation in the bid. The bidder must demonstrate relevant experience supporting and maintaining HSM equipment, provide suitably qualified specialists, and have the right to provide HSM maintenance services in Latvia. A technical offer, financial offer and the required qualification evidence and declarations must be submitted. Only one offer covering the procurement as a whole is permitted; variants are not allowed.
