Summary

The tender concerns the dismantling of the existing elevator and the delivery and installation of a new elevator at RTU Scientific Library. The supplier will submit a single comprehensive bid for the full contract scope, to be implemented in accordance with the Technical Specification and the contract project (Attachment 6). Site inspections are scheduled on 25 September 2026 at 10:00 and 30 September 2026 at 10:00. The procurement is conducted as an open competition with electronic submission through the EIS system, and the award will be based on the agreed criteria and the bidder’s ability to meet qualification, technical, and financial requirements.
