Technical inspection of buildings owned by Ķekava Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the technical inspection of buildings owned by Ķekava Municipality in three lots: buildings in Baldone; buildings in Ķekava and Valdlauči; and buildings in Baloži and Mellupi. The inspection must be visual and carried out without opening structures. It must assess the buildings' technical condition, load-bearing capacity and stability, safety in use, fire safety, fire-safety-related systems and signs of unauthorised construction. The contractor must prepare a technical inspection report and photographic documentation and submit the documents to the construction information system and to the contracting authority in one paper copy per building. The contract must be completed within 10 weeks after signature. The tender submission deadline is 24 September 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically in Latvian and must include a participation application, selection and compliance documents, and a separate financial bid. Price is the only award criterion; the total price excluding VAT will be compared. Participation requires evidence of at least one technical inspection of a public building, at least one specialist with the required certification, and compliance with registration, subcontracting and signing requirements.
