Purchase of computer hardware components

Summary

The procurement covers computer hardware components and accessories in four categories: printers, scanners and consumables; data storage and memory; network equipment; and computer components and accessories. The list includes, among other items, printers and toner cartridges, storage devices, networking equipment and cables, keyboards, mice, headsets, adapters and docking stations. Equivalent products may be offered if their compliance is demonstrated. Orders will be placed as needed, up to EUR 20,000 excluding VAT. The contract will run for up to 18 months or until that amount is reached. The contracting authority may also order unlisted products belonging to the same product group, up to 30% of the contract value. Deliveries are required in Riga and at customer service centres throughout Latvia, generally within 72 hours after an order is confirmed. Price accounts for 50 evaluation points and the functionality of the online product catalogue for the other 50. To participate, the bidder must show that between 2023 and the bid submission deadline it supplied computer components to at least two different customers, with supplies worth at least EUR 10,000 excluding VAT to each. An online catalogue is required for searching products, viewing prices and availability, and managing orders and their history. Bids must be submitted electronically. Prices must include all costs, including delivery, and remain unchanged during the contract. The bidder must confirm that the goods meet the required quality standards and Latvian legal requirements, and that goods, services and other resources originating in Russia or Belarus will not be used in performing the contract.
