Summary

The procurement concerns development of construction design documentation, execution of construction works and supervision for the reconstruction of sanitary hubs and engineering communications of the RMMT sports and education building and the adaptation of surrounding areas for accessibility. The project is divided into two parts: Part 1 covers the reconstruction of sanitary hubs and adaptation of surrounding areas for the sports building at Jūrmalas gatve 96 k-1, Riga; Part 2 covers the reconstruction of sanitary hubs, internal lift installation and adaptation of surrounding areas for accessibility at Jūrmalas gatve 96 k-2, Riga. The contract duration is 14 calendar months per part; the project includes warranties of not less than 60 months after commissioning; performance guarantees of 2% before start and 10% after start; estimated budgets are EUR 82,644 (Part 1) and EUR 128,099 (Part 2) excluding VAT. The procurement method is open competition organised by the central procurement institution via the EIS system. Site visits are organised by appointment with the school administration; tender documents are provided electronically and in hard copy on request within set timelines.
