Supply of bread and bakery products to South Kurzeme Municipality and its subordinate institutions

Summary

The tender covers the supply of bread and bakery products to the South Kurzeme Municipality and its subordinate institutions. It is divided into two lots: bread supply and the purchase and supply of bakery products. A bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots. The planned total contract value is up to EUR 550,000 excluding VAT; the initial contract term is 12 months, with a possible extension up to 36 months. Deliveries must be made three times a week, by 7:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The bidder must demonstrate the required food-supply experience, submit the completed technical and financial offer, meet the specified product-quality requirements, have suitable delivery vehicles and provide the required confirmations and evidence. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian and remain valid for at least six months. Evaluation is based on price for 65 points and product quality for 35 points.
