Expert services in the field of international plant health (phytosanitary) regulation

Summary

The tender concerns expert and consultancy services in the field of international plant health (phytosanitary) regulation for the Latvian State Plant Protection Service. The expert must provide advice and methodological guidance, train the authority’s staff, support the preparation of international standards and proposals, cooperate with international organisations and donors, identify projects and partners, and assist with project applications. The contract is not divided into lots, will be performed in Latvia for 15 calendar months, and has a maximum estimated value of EUR 41,999 excluding VAT. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Latvian e-procurement system by 22 September 2026. Evaluation is based on price (40 points) and quality (60 points).
