Provision of catering and hospitality services

Summary

The tender concerns catering and hospitality services for events organized by the Office of the President of Latvia, including restaurant service, table setting, food preparation, beverages, transport and clean-up. The contract is not divided into lots and will run for 24 months or until the contract ceiling is reached, whichever comes first; service is to start on 1 December 2026. Events may take place at Pils Square 3 in Riga, at the President’s summer residence in Jurmala or elsewhere in Latvia, with attendance ranging from a few people up to 300. The contract ceiling is EUR 55,000 excluding VAT, and the total service cost may not exceed EUR 125 per person including VAT and other costs. Offers are scored out of 100 points: price accounts for 50 points, food sample organoleptic properties for 20, and menu suitability, sample presentation and service each for 10 points.
