Supply of flowers and flower arrangements to Sigulda Municipality and its institutions

Summary

The tender covers the supply of cut flowers, bouquets, flower arrangements, wreaths, potted plants and other floristry products to Sigulda municipality and its institutions. The contract is planned for 12 months, with an estimated value of EUR 20,000 excluding VAT, and may cover deliveries throughout Sigulda municipality. The purchaser does not guarantee a specific order volume. Orders must be accepted on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 15:00. Cut flowers must be delivered within one hour of an order, while bouquets, arrangements, wreaths and other floristry products must be delivered within one day or by the date and time specified by the purchaser. Orders worth at least EUR 25 must be delivered free of charge; for smaller orders, collection or an agreed delivery charge may apply. The award uses the economically most advantageous tender method with a maximum of 100 points: 70 points for flower prices, 5 points for the delivery price per kilometre and 25 points for the discount offered on items not listed in the technical specification. The tenderer must submit one tender covering the full scope.
