Framework agreement for coffee-break, catering and banquet services at LIAA seminars and events

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for coffee-break, catering and banquet services at seminars and events organized by the Latvian Investment and Development Agency. It is divided into four regional lots covering Daugavpils and Augšdaugava, Kuldīga and Talsi, Madona, Alūksne, Gulbene and Jēkabpils, and Rēzekne. The estimated value excluding 21% VAT is EUR 7,300 for each of Lots 1–3 and EUR 11,300 for Lot 4. The framework agreement is planned for two years or until the relevant lot value is reached, whichever occurs first. The award is based on the lowest price, and up to three compliant tenderers may be selected per lot. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 and must include the required application, technical tender and financial tender.
