Technical implementation of “Liepāja 2027” events

Summary

The procurement concerns technical implementation services for events within the “Liepāja 2027” European Capital of Culture project, under a framework agreement valid until 20 December 2028. Services may include event production and coordination, venues, technical equipment, live streaming and video processing, catering, transport, interpretation, scenography, safety and related logistics in Liepāja, Dienvidkurzeme Municipality, Kuldīga Municipality and elsewhere in Latvia as needed. Specific assignments will be ordered through separate price enquiries. Offers must be submitted electronically in the procurement system by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. For the specified opening event on 23 January 2027, the contractor must organise eight groups of 30 participants, provide Latvian- and English-speaking guides, at least 280 wireless audio headsets, transmitters and audio equipment, technical production at five performance locations, qualified staff, logistics, permits, safety and risk management.
