Cadastral land surveying, surveying of parts of land units, restoration of land boundaries and office-based cadastral services under a framework agreement

Summary

The procurement covers cadastral land surveying, surveying of parts of land units, restoration of land boundaries and office-based cadastral work throughout Latvia. It is divided into eight regional lots, and a bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all lots, but only for the full scope of each selected lot. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for 48 months or until the relevant framework-agreement value is reached, whichever occurs first; no minimum work volume is guaranteed. Price is the only award criterion, based on the price for cadastral surveying of a 10-hectare land unit. Offers must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026.
