Supply of summer flower seedlings for Ventspils city landscaping for the 2027 season

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of annual summer flower seedlings for Ventspils city landscaping during the 2027 season. It is divided into two lots: seedlings for flower beds, with a total quantity of 27,015 plants, and seedlings for sculptures and flower containers, with a total quantity of 22,095 plants. A bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots, but variants are not permitted. Delivery is to Saules iela 135, Ventspils, in batches averaging 3,000 seedlings from the planned start date of 10 May 2027, subject to weather conditions. Lot 1 runs until 30 September 2027 and Lot 2 until 30 July 2027. The contract is awarded in each lot to the offer with the lowest total contract price. Offers must be submitted electronically through the EIS e-tendering system by 10 September 2026. The seedlings must meet the specified quality requirements, be accompanied by plant passports or origin documents, and must not include goods or services originating from Russia or Belarus.
