Provision of accommodation services for residents affected by emergencies, natural disasters, catastrophes or the threat thereof in Riga

Summary

The tender concerns short-term hotel accommodation in Riga for residents who have lost their homes or cannot remain there because of an accident, natural disaster, catastrophe or the threat of such an event. The service must be available 24 hours a day and support adults, minors with legal representatives, seniors, persons with disabilities or reduced mobility, socially vulnerable persons and persons with pets. Accommodation may be required for up to 15 nights, with cleaning, hygiene facilities and a safe environment provided.
