Supply and installation of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of one 40 kVA/40 kW online double-conversion UPS system at the Valsts Blood Donor Centre branch at 18 Novembra Street 41, Rēzekne. The equipment must integrate with the existing backup power infrastructure and diesel generator, comply with the specified CE, RoHS and EN/IEC 62040 standards, and be delivered and installed within 3 months of contract signing. A mandatory site inspection must be completed before submission, and the signed inspection sheet must be included with the technical tender. The contract includes at least 24 months of warranty, maintenance, user training and technical documentation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant tender, with prices stated in EUR excluding VAT. The submission deadline is 9 September 2026.
