Supply of oils and lubricants

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of oils and lubricants for Rīgas satiksme under a 24-month framework agreement. The estimated total value is EUR 80,300 excluding VAT, divided into two lots: consistent greases (EUR 38,500) and operating materials for vehicles under and outside warranty (EUR 41,800). A bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots, or for one or more positions within a lot. Deliveries must generally be made within 10 working days of notification of the price survey results, and the minimum warranty period is half of the product’s manufacturer-defined shelf life. Offers must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026 and remain valid for six months.
