Fuel wood chips for the 2026/2027 heating season

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of fresh wood chips for heat production during the 2026/2027 heating season. It is divided into two lots: 1,400 MWh for the Špoģi village boiler house and 3,600 MWh for the Višķi Technical School village boiler house. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots. The wood chips must have a fraction size of 20–50 mm, moisture content of 30–50%, be no more than one month old, and contain no prohibited impurities. The supplier must provide transport and unloading at no additional charge and deliver within five working days of the purchaser’s request. Offers must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. The lowest price is the only award criterion, and no bid guarantee is required.
