Technical support for organising events for the State Education Quality Service

Summary

The tender concerns technical support for organising events for the State Education Quality Service in Latvia. The contractor must organise at least four in-person training events, each for up to 100 participants, including planning, suitable venues, technical equipment, catering and accommodation when required, printed and visual materials, participant registration and related documentation. The framework agreement will run for up to four years or until the ceiling of EUR 143,800 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. One electronic tender must be submitted by 28 August 2026. The price is expressed as a mediation-service percentage rate between 2.0% and 10.0%, and offers are assessed on the percentage rate and the project manager’s experience.
