Framework agreement for layout and printing services

Summary

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for layout, design, printing, large-format printing, sticker production, laser engraving, sign production, vehicle wrapping and related services for SIA “ZAAO”. The agreement is not divided into lots and bids must cover the entire scope. Its planned maximum value is EUR 41,999.00 excluding VAT, with a term of up to 24 months or until the maximum value is reached, whichever occurs first. Up to five economically most advantageous bidders may be selected. The deadline for submitting bids is 4 September 2026. Evaluation is based on price (80 points) and environmentally friendly delivery based on the distance of the bidder’s centre or branch from the contracting authority’s office in Valmiera (up to 20 points).
