Supply of wood pellets for the needs of Dobele Municipality and its institutions

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of wood pellets for Dobele Municipality and its institutions, divided into two lots: 134 tonnes of bagged wood pellets and 150 tonnes supplied pneumatically. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots, but only for the full volume of a lot and without variants. Deliveries will be made in stages according to the institutions’ orders to locations specified in Dobele Municipality over 12 calendar months from contract signature. The contract is awarded separately for each lot based on the lowest offered contract price excluding VAT. The offer must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement system, with a complete technical offer, financial offer and qualification documents.
