Summary

The procurement concerns the organisation and delivery of public yoga classes in the administrative territory of Liepāja from contract signature, indicatively from September 2026, until 30 December 2028. The successful bidder must provide qualified yoga instructors and a replacement instructor, submit compliant technical and financial offers, and meet the required registration, certification and exclusion-grounds conditions. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant offer that is not abnormally low. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 September 2026 and prepared in Latvian.
