Purchase of fuel for the Jaunpiebalga Administration of Cēsu Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of approximately 33,000 litres of fuel for the Jaunpiebalga Administration of Cēsu Municipality over 12 months: approximately 8,000 litres of 95E petrol and 25,000 litres of diesel. The supplier must provide access to fuel stations in Latvia through fuel cards, including at least one station within 40 km of the contracting authority, at least one in Cēsis and at least five stations in different Latvian regions and Riga. At least 15 fuel cards must be provided free of issuance and service charges. The contract is not divided into lots, and an offer must cover the entire procurement. Offers must be submitted electronically in the EIS system by 21 September 2026. The economically most advantageous offer will be assessed using fuel prices, fixed discounts and the distance to the nearest fuel station, for a maximum of 100 points.
