Design and construction works to adapt buildings for civil protection shelters

Summary

Cēsu Municipality is procuring design and construction works in three lots to adapt seven buildings or their basement premises as Category III civil protection shelters. The lots cover four sites in Cēsis, two in the Priekuļi area and one in the Jaunpiebalga area. Depending on the site, the work includes design documentation and building adaptations such as partitions and doors, ventilation, electrical and generator connections, lighting, sanitary installations and smoke detectors. Each lot has a three-month completion period and a construction warranty of at least three years.
