ACER Campania is procuring a single, indivisible 36-month framework agreement for integrated document management and SaaS platform services, PagoPA intermediation and payment-notice management, payment reconciliation, printing, enclosing, postal delivery and tracking, and digital communications by certified email, email and SMS.
