Concession to manage the motorhome stopover area in Capracotta

Summary

The procurement is a concession to manage the paid motorhome and caravan stopover area in the municipality of Capracotta; it is not a construction contract. The estimated total concession value is €715,718 excluding VAT, and the term is 10 years. The draft agreement allows for a possible five-year extension if considered suitable. Management is to start on 1 January 2027.
