Waste treatment and recovery services for the Sciacca municipal collection centre

Summary

The Municipality of Sciacca is procuring, from 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2028, waste treatment services aimed exclusively at recovery, for an estimated total value of €1,695,565 excluding VAT. The five lots cover bulky household waste and mixed construction and demolition waste (2,290 tonnes); wood, non-hazardous medicines and hazardous-substance printer toner (2,258 tonnes); non-packaging plastics and street-sweeping and beach-cleaning waste (2,700 tonnes); tyres (23 tonnes) and metal sold for a fee; and clothing and other textiles (1,230 tonnes). Services include collection and transport from the municipal collection centre, provision and maintenance of containers, treatment and recovery, and disposal of residual or non-compliant waste.
