Maintenance, repair and refurbishment of Menton municipal buildings – relaunch of Lots 1 and 3

Summary

The City of Menton is procuring maintenance, repair, adaptation and improvement works for municipal buildings under two relaunched lots: Lot 1 for structural, masonry, plastering and tiling works, and Lot 3 for wooden joinery. The multi-supplier framework agreements cover works ordered directly or through subsequent contracts, with annual order values of €70,000 to €500,000 excluding VAT for each lot. Each framework agreement may have up to three suppliers, runs initially for one year and may be renewed three times, for a maximum total term of four years.
