Framework agreement for topographical and land-related services in the Provence Verte area

Summary

The Provence Verte Agglomeration Community is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for services in its 28 municipalities, divided into two lots: terrestrial topographic surveys of land parcels and existing buildings, and land-related services supporting property or real-right acquisitions and disposals, including amicable negotiations and expropriation procedures. The agreement runs for an initial 12 months and may be renewed three times, for a maximum total duration of four years. There is no minimum order value; the annual ceilings are €200,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 (€800,000 over the full term) and €800,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2 (€3,200,000 over the full term).
