Scheduling, management and coordination services for the Alré’o aquatic centre extension in Auray

Auray Quiberon Terre Atlantique inter-municipal authority is procuring, as a single lot, scheduling, management and coordination services for the extension of the Alré’o community aquatic centre in Auray. The works include, among other things, an outdoor pool and landscaping, renovation and extension of the wellness area, internal reconfiguration, and replacement or improvement of the water slide and technical equipment. The works are estimated at EUR 6,439,987 excluding VAT and are expected to take 21 months, excluding August; the estimated value of the services is EUR 70,000.
