Maintenance of access control systems at CAESM sites

Summary

The Espace Sud Martinique Agglomeration Community (CAESM) is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of access-control and related systems at its sites under a composite framework agreement divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the access-control systems, electromechanical locks, key management and video intercom at the Maupeou headquarters; Lot 2 covers motorised barriers, doors and gates across CAESM sites. Each lot has an initial term of 12 months and may be renewed up to twice. The maximum amounts are €45,000 for Lot 1 and €12,000 for Lot 2; the overall framework maximum is €183,000.
