Supply of non-school books for adults and young people, spoken-word CDs and DVDs

Summary

The European Collectivity of Alsace is procuring non-school fiction and non-fiction books for adults and young people, spoken-word CDs, and DVDs, together with related services, under a framework agreement. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers books and CDs, and Lot 2 covers DVDs. Each lot is a separate call-off framework agreement, with annual ceilings of EUR 400,000 excluding VAT and EUR 150,000 excluding VAT respectively; the initial term is one year, with up to three renewals of 12 months each.
