Production and delivery of promotional materials, souvenirs and calendars

Summary

The tender concerns the production, printing, branding and delivery of promotional materials and souvenirs, as well as the production of calendars, divided into lots. Lot 2 is reserved for specialised enterprises under the applicable Bulgarian public procurement rules. Exhibition materials for the “Diplomacy Through Children’s Eyes” exhibition may be commissioned separately, with an estimated value of up to EUR 210 excluding VAT. The total estimated contract value is EUR 16,000 excluding VAT, and the submission deadline is 6 October 2026.
