Cleaning services for the Sud Alternance residence in Montpellier

CROUS de Montpellier–Occitanie is procuring cleaning services for the Sud Alternance student residence in Montpellier as a single, unloted contract. The work covers shared areas across four buildings and 100 studios of approximately 20 m²: regular cleaning of entrances and circulation areas, sanitary facilities, the cafeteria, work and sports rooms, corridors and windows, as well as on-demand deep cleaning of studios after residents leave. The estimated annual value of permanent services is EUR 70,000 including VAT, and the annual maximum is EUR 200,000 including VAT; the initial 12-month contract may be renewed twice for one year each.
