Maintenance of building management and security systems at Martinique University Hospital

Summary

The Martinique University Hospital Centre (CHUM) is procuring maintenance of its building systems in two lots: Lot 1 covers building management and energy monitoring systems, and Lot 2 covers security and access-control systems. Each lot combines fixed-price maintenance with work ordered as needed; the annual maximum for each lot is €900,000 excluding VAT.
