Framework agreement for operating the Arles waste transfer station and transporting waste

Summary

ACCM is procuring operation of the Arles waste transfer station, including the receipt, inspection, consolidation, conditioning and transport of household waste and other permitted waste streams to designated treatment facilities. The services also include making moving-floor semi-trailers available and handling them. The framework agreement has an initial term of 12 months from 1 January 2027 and may be renewed three times for 12 months each, up to a maximum of 48 months. The maximum order value is EUR 2 million excluding VAT per year and EUR 8 million excluding VAT over the full term. The procurement has one lot.
