Acquisition and implementation of a property asset management solution for the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region

Summary

The Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region is procuring and implementing a property asset management solution. The scope includes project planning and management, supply of the solution and data-exploitation tools, migration of existing data and plans, configuration, training, support and maintenance. The 48-month framework agreement is awarded to one operator and is not divided into lots; it also provides for call-off licences and modules, additional data and plan migration, interfaces, development, training, project management and data reversibility, with a maximum of EUR 1,000,000 excluding VAT for call-off services. The fixed-price plan migration includes 300 site or topographical plans and 9,000 floor plans.
