Hospital waste collection and treatment services

Summary

The hospital group serving the Ariège Pyrenees is procuring, under a 16-lot framework agreement, services for the collection, transport, removal, disposal, treatment and recovery of hospital waste. The lots cover general and hazardous waste; recyclable metals, paper, cardboard, plastic packaging, textiles and wood; cooking oils and bio-waste; cytotoxic waste; anatomical waste; removed pacemakers and other battery-powered implants; and the provision of containers at hospital sites. The contract runs for 48 months, with a total estimated maximum value of EUR 1,318,500 across all lots.
