Summary

Thionville Fensch Agglomération is procuring a framework agreement for the supply of paper for printers and copiers on behalf of the City of Thionville and its social welfare centre, and the municipalities of Illange, Rochonvillers and Tressange. Paper will be supplied in reams against orders from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The total value of the framework agreement will range from EUR 9,000 to EUR 260,000 excluding VAT.
