Maintenance of Motorized, Automatic and Semi-Automatic Doors and Gates

Summary

The Ardennes Departmental Council is procuring, as a single lot, maintenance services for motorized, automatic and semi-automatic doors and gates at its buildings and properties under a framework agreement. The work covers preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades and refurbishment, and bringing the equipment into compliance. The initial term is 12 months from 1 January 2027, or from a later notification date, with three possible 12-month extensions; the value for each 12-month period is between EUR 15,000 and EUR 150,000 excluding VAT.
