Maintenance of laboratory equipment at Poitiers University Hospital

Summary

Poitiers University Hospital is procuring maintenance services for laboratory equipment in nine lots: centrifuges (maximum EUR 100,000), ultracentrifuges (EUR 60,000), −80°C freezers (EUR 100,000), incubators and CO₂ incubators (EUR 100,000), and BIORAD, EPPENDORF, EUROBIO, BIOMETRA and MERIDIAN thermocyclers (EUR 120,000, EUR 40,000, EUR 50,000, EUR 40,000 and EUR 10,000 respectively; amounts exclude VAT and cover the full contract period). A single-provider framework agreement will be concluded for each lot, with orders and subsequent contracts used for its implementation. The initial term is 12 months, with three possible 12-month renewals; the combined maximum value of the lots is EUR 620,000 excluding VAT.
