Maintenance and servicing of SACOGIVA’s elevator fleet

Summary

SACOGIVA is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and related works for 90 elevators in the Aix-en-Provence area. The contract is divided into two geographic lots: the North sector, covering 46 elevators in 13 residential complexes, and the South sector, covering 44 elevators in 16 complexes. Routine maintenance is paid at an annual fixed price, while additional works are ordered as needed; the contract runs for 12 months from 1 January 2027 and may be renewed three times, for a maximum of 48 months.
