Printing the institutional magazine L'Agglo Mag

The Maubeuge Val de Sambre Urban Community is procuring printing and related services for its institutional magazine, L'Agglo Mag, under a single-supplier framework agreement with no lots. The magazine is planned for four 24-page issues per year, with up to two special issues, at 58,500 copies per issue. The work includes full-colour printing, finishing and delivery to two locations, as well as optional inserts, wrapping and other mailing and document-preparation services. The framework runs for an initial year with three possible one-year renewals; its total maximum value is €324,000 excluding VAT.
