Energy performance contract for the Saint Dominique care home
Summary
This tender covers the energy-efficient operation of the heating and climate-control systems at the Saint Dominique care home in Mars-la-Tour. Under one integrated contract, the contractor must manage energy supply and consumption, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, cooling and domestic hot-water systems, as well as kitchen extractor hoods and cold rooms. The contract also includes full equipment guarantees, replacement and renewal, and energy-efficiency improvements. Planned upgrade works must be carried out during the first 12 months, including the transition from oil heating to a propane system. The contractor must deliver measurable energy results, regular monitoring and reporting, and continuity of service. The contract runs for 10 years, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2037. Bidders must attend the mandatory site visit on 14 October 2026 at 10:00 and include the visit certificate with their offer. Offers must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 12:00; variants are not allowed. Price accounts for 40% of the score and technical quality for 60%.
