Monitoring occupational exposure to chemical risks
Summary
INRAE is procuring, under a single-supplier framework agreement, workplace sampling and analysis services to assess exposure to chemical risks. The work includes, as required, preliminary visits to sampling locations, preparation and communication of sampling strategies, on-site sampling and reporting. Analyses must be performed under COFRAC accreditation; the price schedule lists substances including solvents, acids, asbestos, benzene, chromium compounds, formaldehyde, diesel engine emissions and crystalline silica. Preliminary visits and sampling are priced separately for mainland France, Corsica, and the French Antilles and Guiana. The framework agreement has an initial term of two years and may be renewed twice for one year each. There is no minimum volume; the maximum is €450,000 excluding VAT, and the estimated value over four years is €150,000 excluding VAT. Offers must be submitted in French electronically by 4 November 2026 at 11:00. Bidders must provide COFRAC accreditation, turnover information for the three most recent financial years, staffing and management numbers for the last three years, and relevant references from the last three years. The offer must include a completed price schedule, a technical response and a technical memorandum with a security plan. Technical quality accounts for 70% of the evaluation and financial considerations for 30%; a technical score below 2/4 is eliminatory.
